The hotel is conveniently located for both the downtown area and Vanderbilt, making it perfect for walking to either destination. While the rooms could use a bit more attention to cleanliness, the overall proximity to key areas is a big plus.
The hotel was incredibly outdated and not as clean as it could have been, but the location was convenient and close to Nashville highlights. The service was very nice overall, despite a lack of information at check-in. The dining experience was good, especially the coffee, although it could have offered more options. The hotel facilities were adequate, but improvements could be made for a better overall experience.

Upon arrival, we noticed a bit of an insecticide smell in the room, but overall, it was clean and very comfortable. The hotel’s downtown location was perfect, and the shuttle service was a great bonus. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but the incredible service made our stay memorable.
I had a mixed experience at the Embassy Suites in Nashville. The hotel is conveniently located, just about a mile from downtown and surrounded by many restaurants, which was great. However, the rooms were not as clean or comfortable as I had hoped upon arrival.
